抗病毒核苷/核苷酸類似物可以通過抑制病毒復制的幾個關(guān)鍵過程來抑制病毒繁殖,它們通過與天然的dNTP/NTP競爭結(jié)合到新的病毒核酸中,從而導致鏈終止或者誘變。在細胞培養(yǎng)實驗中,可以用抗病毒核苷酸的非磷酸化核苷變體,這種核苷酸在細胞內(nèi)被多種病毒和/或宿主激酶激活,從而發(fā)揮(tri)磷酸化形式的抗病毒作用。
